Open Burning
Due to COVID 19, The Berkley Fire & Rescue Department has come up with a printable form to be filled out and mailed back to continue to maintain social distance with rising active cases.
You can find the form at our website www.BerkleyFire.org under resources, open burning. Or by clicking here.
Once filled out, it can be mailed back to the fire department with a check made payable to ‘Town of Berkley” for $20.00
After we receive your application, we will E-Mail your Burning Permit Number. Please provide an E-Mail.
Please do not wait until last minute to fill this out as it will take a few days for the mail to deliver and for us to process it.
We are currently accepting applications now.
