The Berkley Fire Department is now utilizing an online burning permit process.
The user shall create an account
Log in and pay the burning permit fee
Once your application is approved everyday you wish to burn, log back in and click on “activate burn”
You no longer have to call the fire department and the website will be updated daily letting you know if it is okay to burn
Agricultural Burning Permits process will not change
